This versatile bowl is not only perfect for serving dips, snacks, yogurt, and desserts, but it can also be used to dish up some tasty treats for your furry friends! Yes, you heard that right – your pets will love it too!
The "Peacock Plume" pattern is an absolute showstopper. With its predominantly white background, it features striking design elements inspired by the elegance of peacocks and their feathers. The beautiful accents in green, light blue, and orange add a vibrant touch to this already mesmerizing pattern. Picture a single orange and green peacock plume in the center, surrounded by delicate teal dots, and lined with exquisite blue and green peacock feathers along the edges. It's a feast for the eyes!
Now, let's talk about the artistry behind this piece. The "Peacock Plume" pattern is considered a Unikat level of artistry. In Polish, Unikat means "Unique," and that's exactly what this pattern is. It takes artistry to a whole new level. As the artist's skills progress, they are encouraged to work on Unikat designs, which involve more intricate details and a greater number of colors and elements. You can easily identify a Unikat pattern by the "UNIKAT" stamp on the bottom, serving as a symbol of authenticity and exclusivity.
But why are Unikat patterns a bit pricier? Well, they require more time, effort, and attention to detail. They are painted by a select group of highly skilled artists, making each piece truly special. The Polish Pottery 5" Multiangular Bowl in the "Peacock Plume" pattern is not just a bowl; it's a work of art that will elevate your dining experience.
Made and hand-painted in Boleslawiec, Poland by the talented artisans at Ceramika Artystyczna, this bowl is a testament to their craftsmanship. Cleaning
Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.
Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:
You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.
Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!
While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
