Return Policy
It is important to keep in mind that Polish Pottery is hand-made and hand decorated, and variations may (and often do) exist in the same pattern. If you are attempting to match a particular pattern or item, please contact us first and we are happy to send photos via text or email of individual pieces prior to ordering.
Likewise, similar items vary in size by the manufacturer. For instance, a dinner plate from Manufaktura measures 10 inches in diameter, whereas a dinner plate from Ceramika Artystyczna measures closer to 11 inches. It is your responsibility to make sure you are matching the size and pattern of the items you currently possess prior to ordering.
Upon receiving your order, please carefully inspect your pieces and let us know immediately if anything was damaged in transit or has a defect of any kind and we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.
If you decide to return an item for any other reason than an error on our part or a manufacturer’s defect (please note a variation in color or pattern is not a manufacturer’s defect), you will be responsible for the cost of shipping them back to us. Please also include your name and order number so we can easily locate your purchase. Once we receive your item(s) in good condition, we will refund your original method of payment, less the cost of shipping.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your order anytime prior to shipping. We are happy to give you a full refund for your order if you contact us before it leaves the store. Please contact us immediately to make changes to or cancel your order. The best way to do this is by phone at (303)789-0100. You can also reach us via email at sales@polishpotteryoutlet.com. If your order has already left our store, you will have to wait for it to arrive and pay the return shipping cost in order to receive a refund.
Damages
Our shipping department takes great care to ensure every piece arrives at its destination intact. If any of your items do arrive damaged, however, please take pictures of the damaged item(s), packing materials, and all sides of the box your order arrived in and email them to sales@polishpotteryoutlet.com. We will then either send out a replacement or issue a refund, depending on available stock.
Manufacturer Defects
Polish Pottery is handmade and decorated by the artist. Each piece is unique, so variances in color and pattern are quite common and do not constitute defects.
If upon receipt you detect a flaw in a piece of your pottery due to workmanship, please email a picture of the defective item to sales@polishpotteryoutlet.com. Please include your name, order number, item number (if known), and a description of the problem, and we'll make sure you get taken care of. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be happy to replace any defective item that slipped through our quality control process.
