Journey with us to learn the story of how the company that would eventually become The Polish Pottery Outlet was born in 2005....
Starting with just a handful of shapes and patterns, it didn't take long for the word to get out about this beautiful, handmade, hand-painted product.
The Polish Pottery Outlet quickly grew from a small business operating out of a storage unit, into one of America's preeminent suppliers of heirloom quality pottery imported directly from Boleslawiec, Poland.
Dan and Cindy, worked hard to make their store a fun and welcoming place to shop, with customers coming back again and again to enjoy our wide selection, reasonable prices, and friendly, knowledgeable staff.
With the help of their Polish partner, Waldek, they forged strong bonds with many of the manufacturers in Boleslawiec, and were able to bring the unique artistry, history, and culture of Poland to households all over the United States.
Thanks to wonderful customers like you, The Polish Pottery Outlet has survived an economic recession, multiple sinkholes, and a global pandemic.
After 17 years of hard work and dedication, Dan and Cindy decided it was time to retire. They officially sold the business in February 2022.
The new owners, Kari, Julie, and Minda along with our managers Andrew and Kim and other amazing team members, are incredibly excited to build on the success and will continue to provide the same high quality service that The Polish Pottery Outlet has become known for over the years.
Dan and Cindy are thrilled to have a chance to relax and spend more time with their families.
Cindy has been keeping herself busy working on her garden, baking sourdough bread, and playing pickleball, while Dan has taken this opportunity to work on his golf game.
They've also been happy to catch up on household projects while spending time with their Miniature Australian Shepherd, Potter, and his new little brother, Latte.
While they won't be at the store anymore, we have remained in contact with them and are happy to pass along any messages or well wishes.
