Joe and Terry’s Pot Luck Contribution at The Polish Pottery Outlet’s special event was:

Spaghetti Pie

Cook-
1 pound Angel Hair Spaghetti
Drain and place in a 9 x 13 inch Polish Pottery Baking Dish

Mix Together & Add to Spaghetti-
4 Tablespoons Butter
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg – well beaten (or 2 egg whites)

Saute -
1 pound ground beef + 1 pound Italian Sausage (drained)
1 Large Onion
1 tsp. sugar
1  1/2 Italian Seasoning
1/2 tsp.garlic powder
Add above ingredients to either a 15  1/2 ounce jar of prepared spaghetti sauce or the same amount of one you prepared.

Spread-
Above  mixture over spaghetti mixture.

Spread Over Top-
12 ounces fat free cottage cheese
2 Cups Mozzerella Cheese

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes
