Dana’s Margarita Pie
My good friend, Dana, brought this no-bake margarita pie to the potluck dinner given by The Polish Pottery Outlet. Dana is always tons of fun, and she was so hopeful this refreshing dessert would win the competition. No doubt, she was in the running with this intoxicating taste treat.
CRUST
1 1/2 Cups finely crushed pretzels
10 Tablespoons butter (melted)
1/4 cup of sugar
Mix well and press onto a 9 inch Polish Pottery pie plate with handles as your crust.
FILLING
1 cup ( 1/2 pint ) whipping cream- whipped until stiff
Fold In:
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1/3 cup lime juice
2 – 4 Tablespoons Tequila
2 Tablespoons Grand Marnier
Refrigerate until you are ready to serve.
