Description
Imagine sprinkling a dash of charm and tradition onto your dining table with the delightful Polish Pottery Salt & Pepper Shakers from Manufaktura. Crafted in the heart of Boleslawiec, Poland, these unique mug-shaped shakers are more than just functional; they are tiny masterpieces adorned with the vibrant "Peacock" pattern. Picture a dance of majestic peacock circles in bold blues, with strokes of green, white, and brown accents swirling across each piece, making every meal an artistic display.
The "Peacock" pattern is a testament to the timeless beauty of traditional Polish pottery designs. Created using the intricate "punching" technique, skilled artisans hand-stamp each design inspired by the natural world around them. As a result, no two shakers are exactly alike; each bears the unique touch of the artist who crafted it. Standing at 4 inches tall, these shakers are not only a practical kitchen necessity but also a conversation starter, perfect for any collector or enthusiast of fine ceramics.
Not only are these shakers aesthetically pleasing, but they are also built to last. Made from high-quality materials, they are resistant to chips and wear, ensuring that they can handle the rigors of daily use. They are safe for use in the dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and even the oven, up to 425 degrees. Whether you're hosting a dinner party or enjoying a quiet meal at home, these Polish Pottery shakers from Manufaktura add a sprinkle of joy and a dash of color to every occasion, proving that great art can come in small, charming packages.

Cleaning
Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.
Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:
You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.
Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!
While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
