Introducing the Polish Pottery 8.5" Round Salad Plate by Manufaktura in the captivating "Misty Green" pattern (61Z). This versatile salad plate is not only perfect for serving your favorite leafy greens, but it also adds a touch of elegance to your sandwiches, cookies, and desserts. Trust us, everything loves to be served on Polish Pottery!
The "Misty Green" pattern is a true work of art, with its intricate design elements incorporating dots in a predominantly white color, beautifully accented with touches of green. It features a white background adorned with tiny green dots that span the entire pattern. What makes this pattern even more special is that it belongs to the Unikat level of artistry.
Unikat patterns, meaning "Unique" in Polish, take artistry to the next level. As artists' skills progress, they are encouraged to work on Unikat designs, which display more detail and incorporate a greater number of colors and elements. You can easily identify Unikat patterns by the "UNIKAT" stamp on the bottom, which serves as a sort of copyright symbol, indicating that the pattern belongs to that specific manufacturer.
While Unikat patterns require more work and attention to detail, they are truly worth it. Painted by a smaller pool of artists, they are considered to be a pinnacle of craftsmanship and are a bit more expensive than Traditional patterns. The "Misty Green" pattern is a testament to the skill and dedication of the artisans who hand-paint each piece in Boleslawiec, Poland.
Not only is Polish Pottery stunning, but it is also highly functional. Made from high-quality materials, it is tough, durable, and chip-resistant. You can confidently use it in your dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, and even your oven up to 425 degrees. Plus, it is free of lead, nickel, and cadmium, making it safe for you and your loved ones.
Manufactured by Manufaktura, the first pottery manufacturer that The Polish Pottery Outlet chose to collaborate with when they opened in 2006, this plate is a testament to their commitment to excellence. Established in 1992, Manufaktura has garnered awards for their stunning designs and their efforts to promote Polish pottery around the world. They are trendsetters in the industry and are highly regarded as one of the most important producers of Polish pottery in Boleslawiec.
Add a touch of Polish artistry and elegance to your dining experience with the Polish Pottery 8.5" Round Salad Plate in the "Misty Green" pattern. Cleaning
Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.
Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:
You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.
Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!
While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
