Each wedge-shaped bowl, meticulously crafted by the skilled artisans of Manufaktura in Boleslawiec, Poland, is a testament to a rich heritage of artistry. Whether you’re dishing out snacks, dips, or decadent desserts, these bowls can be arranged in a circle to create a harmonious display of your culinary skills or lined up to offer a playful assortment of toppings. The enchanting "Woven Pansies" pattern features a white background intertwined with green, punctuated by a delightful ring of simple blue and orange flowers, inviting the beauty of a lush garden right to your table.
Delve deeper into the aesthetics of these bowls, and you'll find yourself captivated by the traditional Polish "punching" technique of hand stamping. This method, performed by highly skilled artists, allows for a vibrant tableau of nature-inspired designs, making each piece slightly unique. The predominant greens, soothing whites, and cheerful blues create a palette that’s both calming and invigorating. Though considered "simpler" in the realm of Polish pottery patterns, the "Woven Pansies" design holds a charm that is anything but plain. These pieces are not just bowls; they are canvases that carry stories of traditional craftsmanship and creative expression.
Not only are these Polish pottery pieces stunning, but they are also built to last, crafted from materials that ensure durability and resistance to chipping. Safe for use in the dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and oven (up to 425 degrees), they promise convenience alongside beauty. Each bowl is free of lead, nickel, and cadmium, making them a safe choice for serving food. Whether you’re looking to impress guests or add a splash of color to your everyday table setting, these wedge-shaped bowls from Manufaktura are perfect. Celebrate the art of dining with these functional masterpieces that echo the soul of Polish tradition and the timeless beauty of handcrafted pottery.

Cleaning
Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.
Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:
You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.
Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!
While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
