Introducing the Polish Pottery Large Latte/Soup Cups by Manufaktura in the vibrant and eye-catching "Flower Power" pattern (JS14). These wide mugs are not only perfect for enjoying your favorite soup, chili, coffee, or tea, but they also add a pop of color and style to your kitchen.
The "Flower Power" pattern is a delightful combination of design elements that incorporate flowers and swirls in a predominantly red color, with accents in orange and blue, all set against a crisp white background. The blue swirls in the center are surrounded by a ring of green leaves, while large, simple red and orange flowers add a playful touch slightly farther out. This pattern is considered to be of the Traditional level of artistry, making it one of the most common and recognizable patterns in the world of Polish pottery.
What sets Polish pottery apart is the meticulous hand-stamping technique known as "punching" used by highly skilled artists. These artists draw inspiration from nature to create an array of designs and colors. While the "Flower Power" pattern falls under the category of "simpler" patterns, there is no limit to their production. This means that a large pool of talented artists can combine their skills to satisfy the demand. It's no wonder that you may see variations of these patterns across different manufacturers, as each piece is truly a work of art with its own unique touch.
With a generous capacity of 18 oz (2.25 cups), a width of 5.75" (including the handle), and a height of 3.5", these cups are both practical and beautiful. Made and hand-painted in Boleslawiec, Poland by skilled artisans, they are a testament to the rich tradition of Polish pottery. Mix and match different pieces to create stunning combinations that will impress your guests and add a touch of elegance to any occasion.
Not only are these cups visually stunning, but they are also incredibly versatile. They are food and beverage safe, and can be safely used in the dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, and even the oven (up to 425 degrees). Made with high-quality materials, they are tough, durable, and chip resistant. What's more, they are free of lead, nickel, or cadmium, ensuring the safety of you and your loved ones.
Manufactured by Manufaktura, a pioneer in the world of Polish pottery, these cups are a testament to their commitment to quality and craftsmanship. The Polish Pottery Outlet chose to work with Manufaktura when they opened in 2006, recognizing their stunning designs and efforts to promote Polish pottery worldwide. With their trend-setting approach and reputation as one of the most important producers of Polish pottery in Boleslawiec, Manufaktura continues to captivate pottery enthusiasts with their exceptional creations.

Cleaning
Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.
Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:
You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.
Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!
While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
