Nothing But The Best

Piece by piece I am building my "stash" of Polish Pottery. This is my latest piece. I loved the pattern with the cherries! But the best Is how well anything and everything bakes in this dish!!! My first use was baking a spice cake. You know how the edges of the cake are often dry and overcooked in a glass pan? Not here. Every singe inch of the cake was moist, as it should be. Next I made potatoes Au gratin. You know how that nice gooey cheesy sauce often burns and sticks around the edges? Not here. Every inch cooked perfectly. Clean up is a breeze. I think of all those baking pans I've had that elbow freeze was mandatory after cooking anything. Not here! I wish they had been around years ago. And, I Will continue to expand my collection as I just love all the pieces and use them every day. Yes, they are all that beautiful.
