Love this dish
In the summer I don’t like to use my oven because it makes my whole NYC apartment hot, so I have mastered the art of toaster oven baking. This dish fits perfectly in my toaster oven and is the perfect size for a pan of brownies, or a pan of roasted veggies, or a pan of enchiladas for two, or a small pan of mac and cheese, or…you get the idea. Plus the heat retention of Bolesławiec cooks things really nicely. PLUS it’s so beautiful it makes me happy to use it. Love love love this dish and love it in this classic pattern.
