Description
Imagine a chilly winter evening, a cozy blanket, and a bowl of steaming soup that warms you from the inside out. Now, picture that soup in a stunning Polish Pottery Bowl from Manufaktura, specifically the "Snowy Pines" series. This delightful bowl, measuring 5.5 inches in diameter and standing 3 inches tall, isn't just a dish; it's a piece of art. Whether you're scooping up your favorite ice cream, enjoying a hearty cereal breakfast, or serving a zesty dip at your next gathering, this bowl is perfect for any occasion. With its vibrant blue background sprinkled with tiny white dots and encircled by a charming band of teal Christmas trees, it promises to bring the magic of winter right into your home.
Each of these bowls rests elegantly on a narrow pedestal, broadening at the top to welcome whatever culinary delights you choose to fill them with. Designed to complement Manufaktura's Soup & Sandwich/Breakfast Plates, these bowls encourage you to mix and match until your table setting is as festive as the season itself. The craftsmanship is rooted in tradition; the "Snowy Pines" pattern falls under the Traditional level of artistry, where simplicity meets enchanting design. Created through a "punching" technique where patterns are hand-stamped by highly skilled artists, each bowl tells its own unique story, influenced by the natural beauty of the Polish landscape.
Not only are these bowls a treat for the eyes, but they're also crafted to stand the test of time. Made in the renowned pottery town of Boleslawiec, Poland, each piece is hand-painted and meticulously checked to ensure it meets high-quality standards. These bowls are safe for use in the dishwasher, microwave, freezer, and oven (up to 425 degrees), making them as functional as they are beautiful. Durable and resistant to chipping, they are free of lead, nickel, and cadmium, ensuring that they are a safe, reliable addition to your kitchenware. By choosing a piece from Manufaktura, you're not just buying a bowl; you're owning a slice of Polish heritage, celebrated for its robustness and remarkable designs since 1992.

Cleaning
Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.
Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:
You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.
Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!
While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
