Imagine a dessert plate that not only holds your sweet treats but also captivates your gaze with its vibrant and heartwarming design. Enter the world of the Polish Pottery 7.25" Dessert Plate from Manufaktura, showcasing the delightful "Red Bird" pattern. This small yet stunning masterpiece transforms every dessert into a festive celebration, adorned with a white background and a charming thin evergreen wreath centered with red berries. Sprinkled around are simple red birds and petite blue snowflakes, creating a whimsical winter scene right on your table. Crafted in the historic town of Boleslawiec, Poland, this plate is not just a dish but a gateway to a traditional Polish artistic legacy.
The "Red Bird" design is a perfect example of the traditional artistry that Polish pottery is renowned for. Utilizing the age-old "punching" technique, skilled artisans hand-stamp each design with a finesse inspired by nature's own beauty. Although categorized under simpler patterns, the craftsmanship speaks volumes of its complexity and uniqueness. Each plate might share the same theme, but just like snowflakes, no two plates are exactly alike. This variability adds a personalized touch to each piece, making it a special addition to any collection. Moreover, this pottery isn’t just for show; it’s built to last, being chip resistant and safe for use in the dishwasher, microwave, and even the oven up to 425 degrees.
Produced by Manufaktura, a trailblazer in the Polish pottery market since 1992, each of these plates carries a legacy of quality and innovation. Manufaktura was the very first manufacturer that The Polish Pottery Outlet partnered with, chosen for their exemplary designs and substantial contributions to promoting Polish pottery globally. Owning one of these plates means owning a piece of art that has been recognized and celebrated across the world for its durability and enchanting aesthetics. Whether used for serving delicious desserts or displayed as part of your home decor, this Polish Pottery plate from Manufaktura is sure to be a conversation starter and a source of pride in your home.

Cleaning
Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.
Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:
You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.
Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!
While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
