Are you looking for a spoon that is not only functional but also a beautiful work of art? Look no further than the Polish Pottery 5" Sugar Spoon by Manufaktura in the stunning "Blue Bells" pattern (KLDN). This hand-decorated, Polish ceramic spoon from Boleslawiec is perfect for scooping and stirring the sweet stuff.
The "Blue Bells" pattern is a true masterpiece, featuring a unique combination of geometric designs predominantly in green, with accents in light blue and yellow. The center of the pattern showcases tiny white dots surrounded by a delicate band of light blue bellflowers on a vibrant green background. Another band of simple light blue flowers on a cadet gray background adds even more charm to this exquisite design.
What makes this pattern even more special is that it is considered a Signature level of artistry. This means that the designing artists have achieved the highest level of accomplishment in their field and have the privilege of creating their own designs from start to finish. They oversee the production of every piece in their patterns, making them limited in supply and highly sought-after collector's items. You can easily identify Signature patterns by the "UNIKAT" stamp and the artist's signature on the bottom of each piece.
The attention to detail and design in this sugar spoon is truly remarkable. It is 5" long and can hold approximately 1 teaspoon of sugar. Made and hand-painted in Boleslawiec, Poland by skilled artisans, it is not only functional but also adds a splash of color to your home. Mix and match with other Polish Pottery pieces to create stunning combinations that will impress your guests.
Rest assured that this sugar spoon is not only a work of art but also practical. It is food and beverage safe, and can be safely used in the dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, and oven (up to 425 degrees). The high-quality materials used in its construction make it tough, durable, and chip-resistant. Plus, it is free of lead, nickel, and cadmium, ensuring your safety.
This amazing product was manufactured by Manufaktura, the first pottery manufacturer that The Polish Pottery Outlet chose to work with when they opened in 2006. Cleaning
Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.
Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:
You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.
Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!
While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
