Introducing the Polish Pottery 7" x 11" Oval Roaster by Manufaktura in the captivating "Petite Floral" pattern. This oval roaster is not just any ordinary dish - it is one of Polish Pottery's most versatile creations. Imagine using it as part of your everyday plate set, or to roast meats and veggies to perfection. And here's a fun idea - pair it with an individual soup tureen (B006) for a delightful Soup/Salad or Soup/Sandwich combination!
But that's not all! Take your dining experience to the next level by adding a large Sugar Bowl (B003) and a 0.5 Liter Pitcher (D024) to create a fabulous Sugar/Creamer Set. And guess what? This plate is even the perfect size for a smothered burrito! How cool is that? No matter how you choose to use it, one thing is for sure - you will absolutely love using and displaying this oval roaster.
The "Petite Floral" pattern is truly a sight to behold. It showcases design elements that incorporate stunning flowers in a predominantly White color, with accents in Blue and Brown. Picture a visible white background adorned with beautiful blue daisy-like flowers, each made up of 5 dark blue dots with a brown dot in the center. To add an extra touch of elegance, there's a blue lined border under the rim of the bowl and near the base.
Now, let's talk about the artistry behind this pattern. It falls under the Traditional level, which means it is one of the most common and recognizable patterns in the world of Polish pottery. Highly skilled artists use the "punching" technique of hand stamping to create an array of designs and colors, drawing inspiration from the beauty of nature. While these patterns may be considered "simpler," they are in high demand, and the largest pool of artists comes together to meet that demand. As a result, each piece may vary slightly, making yours truly unique.
Made and hand-painted in Boleslawiec, Poland by skilled artisans, this oval roaster is a testament to the exceptional craftsmanship of Polish Pottery. Not only is it functional and beautiful, but it also allows you to add vibrant splashes of color to your home. Mix and match with other pieces to create stunning combinations that will leave your guests in awe. And the best part? It's completely safe for food and beverages. You can confidently use it in the dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, and even the oven (up to 425 degrees) without any worries.
Let's not forget to mention that this product was manufactured by Manufaktura, the first and foremost choice of The Polish Pottery Outlet when we opened our doors in 2006. Established in 1992, Manufaktura has not only won awards for their breathtaking designs but has also played a significant role in promoting Polish pottery worldwide. So, when you bring home this oval roaster, you're not just getting a stunning piece of art - you're also supporting a legacy of excellence.

Cleaning
Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.
Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:
You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.
Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!
While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
