Description
Imagine cradling a masterpiece in your hands as you sip your morning coffee or evening tea. The Polish Pottery Mug, Tulip, 14 oz, crafted by the artisans at Zaklady in the vibrant "Floral Explosion" pattern, is no ordinary mug. This delightful piece bursts with a symphony of colors—deep blues, light blues, fiery oranges, and refreshing greens, all coming together to create a tapestry of large dark blue flowers with striking orange centers, surrounded by a myriad of smaller blooms and lush greenery. Each mug is a canvas, showcasing the pinnacle of artistic expression in pottery.
This isn't just artistry; it's artistry recognized and revered. The "Floral Explosion" design is a Signature pattern, a testament to the skill and dedication of the artists at Zaklady, who are granted the honor of designing from inception to completion. These artists not only create but also oversee each step of their creations, making each mug a limited edition treasure. Emblazoned with the "UNIKAT" stamp and the artist's own signature, these mugs transcend their material form to become collectibles, each telling its own story of craftsmanship and creativity.
But the allure of this Polish pottery extends beyond its aesthetics. Hand-painted in the historic town of Boleslawiec, Poland, this mug embodies a legacy of resilience and excellence. Zaklady Ceramiczne, the heart of Polish pottery since the 1800s and the only government-owned manufacturer in the region, ensures each piece is not only visually stunning but also immensely practical. Safe for use in the dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and even the oven up to 425 degrees, this mug is as functional as it is beautiful. Made without lead, nickel, or cadmium, and renowned for its durability and chip resistance, it invites you to add a splash of color and history to your daily routine.

Cleaning
Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.
Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:
You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.
Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!
While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
