Description

Imagine a touch of elegance and a splash of vibrant color that can transform any corner of your home into a charming nook. Enter the Polish Pottery Flower Pot in the enchanting "Modern Blue Cascade" pattern, meticulously handcrafted by the artisans at W.R. Ceramika. This scalloped beauty, decked out in a dance of blue flowers and cascading green vines against a crisp white background, is a perfect abode for your cherished potted plants. Although it's important to note that these pots lack drainage holes, they're ideal for housing pre-watered flowers or plants watered from the bottom, ensuring your green friends thrive in style!

Each of these pots is a canvas showcasing the traditional artistry of Polish pottery, which is celebrated worldwide for its recognizable patterns and vibrant designs inspired by nature. Crafted using the age-old "punching" technique, skilled artists hand-stamp each pot, creating a piece that is both unique and steeped in tradition. Despite their simplicity, these patterns do not limit the artists' creativity, resulting in a delightful variance from piece to piece. At 7.5 inches in diameter and 6 inches tall, this flower pot offers ample space for your botanical beauties, while adding an artistic flair to your décor.

Beyond its aesthetic appeal, this Polish pottery is renowned for its exceptional durability and quality. Made in the historic town of Boleslawiec, Poland, each pot is hand-painted and carefully shaped to withstand the test of time, free of Lead, Nickel, and Cadmium, ensuring a safe and long-lasting addition to your home. As one of the gems from W.R. Ceramika, a boutique pottery studio founded in 1978, each piece carries with it a legacy of craftsmanship and a hint of exclusivity, making it not just a decorative item but a conversation starter. Mix and match these pots with other Polish pottery pieces to create a stunning visual ensemble that will leave your guests in awe!

Care information

Cleaning

Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.

Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:

You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.

Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!

While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
