Ever wonder what happens between the time you click “Order” and the moment your beautiful Polish Pottery arrives safely at your door? Let us take you behind the scenes!
At Polish Pottery Outlet, every shipment starts with care. Once you place your order, our team selects each piece directly from our showroom floor.

There, your pottery waits patiently on organized racks, lined up like colorful soldiers ready for their next adventure. Then it’s time for the magic to happen—our amazing shipping team takes over!
Each piece is lovingly wrapped using recycled bubble wrap that we receive from our manufacturers in Poland. Instead of throwing it away, we give it a second life protecting your precious pottery.

We also use a clever, eco-friendly system to create filling material: customers bring us their used cardboard boxes, which we run through a special machine to create perforated, bendable box stuffing. It’s sustainable and strong—the perfect padding for your hand-painted treasures.

Packing Polish Pottery is a true art form. Every order is like solving a puzzle, fitting bowls, plates, and mugs into boxes just right so they stay snug and safe. For larger orders, this process can take up to three hours—and we wouldn't have it any other way. Our goal is to ensure that your pottery arrives as beautiful as when it left our store.
Once everything is wrapped and boxed with care, we hand it off to our trusted carriers. UPS and USPS stop by every afternoon to pick up the day’s shipments, setting your order on its way to you.
We’re proud to say that while occasional breakage can happen (it's very rare!), we receive tons of positive feedback on the quality of our packing. In fact, we even made a little unboxing video so you can see just how much love and attention goes into every shipment.
Thank you for trusting us to bring a little piece of Poland into your home. Whether you’re ordering a single mug or a full dinner set, we treat every package as if we were sending it to our own family!
Happy unboxing! 💙
