This 10.5" square 'Tall' Nut Dish is not your average dish - it's the perfect foundation for a centerpiece or a decorative nut or candy dish. Snack away in style with this eye-catching piece!

The "Scandinavian Scarlet" pattern is a delightful blend of design elements incorporating Geometric and Weave in a predominantly Blue color with accents in Red and Green and White. Prepare to be mesmerized by the intricate details of this pattern. The white background sets the stage for a mesmerizing blue geometric crossing pattern in the center. Bright red bellflowers dance around, alternating with large and elegant teal blue, green, blue, and light blue blossoms. It's a feast for the eyes!

What sets this pattern apart is its status as an Unikat level of artistry. Unikat patterns, meaning "Unique" in Polish, take artistry to the next level. As an artist's skills progress, they are encouraged to work on Unikat designs, which display more detail and incorporate a greater number of colors and elements. When you own an Unikat piece, you own a work of art. Look for the "UNIKAT" stamp on the bottom, which serves as a sort of copyright symbol, indicating that the pattern belongs to that specific manufacturer.

But why are Unikat patterns a bit more expensive? Well, since they require more work and attention to detail, Unikat patterns are painted by a smaller pool of artists. The result is a masterpiece that is truly one-of-a-kind. So not only will you be adding a touch of elegance to your home, but you'll also be supporting the incredible talents of these skilled artisans.

Let's talk dimensions! The capacity of this Nut Dish is a generous 10.5" sq. x 3.5". It's made and hand-painted in Boleslawiec, Poland, by the same skilled artisans who have been perfecting their craft for generations. Polish Pottery is not just functional; it's also a beautiful way to add splashes of color to your home. Mix and match different patterns to create stunning combinations that will impress your guests.

Not only is this Nut Dish a feast for the eyes, but it's also food and beverage safe. It can be safely used in the dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, and oven (up to 425 degrees). Plus, the high-quality materials used are tough, durable, and chip-resistant. You can enjoy your snacks with peace of mind, knowing that this dish is free of lead, nickel, or cadmium.

Care information

Cleaning

Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.

Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:

You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.

Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!

While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
