Introducing the Polish Pottery 5" Small Round Casserole W/Handles by Manufaktura in the enchanting "Butterfly Garden" pattern (MOT1). These adorable little dishes are not only perfect for hot dips or individual desserts, but they also add a touch of whimsy to your dining experience.
The "Butterfly Garden" pattern features a delightful combination of butterflies and flowers, all delicately hand-painted in a predominantly white color with accents in blue. The white background sets the stage for a band of exquisite white flowers outlined in blue, stretching through the center from two adjacent corners. As you explore the rest of the pattern, you'll discover a few large butterflies playfully added into the remaining three-quarters, creating a truly captivating design.
This pattern is considered to be of the Traditional level of artistry, which makes it one of the most common and recognizable patterns in the world of Polish pottery. Highly skilled artists use the traditional "punching" technique of hand stamping to create an array of designs and colors, drawing inspiration from the beauty of nature. While these patterns may be considered "simpler," they are in high demand, allowing a vast pool of talented artists to showcase their creativity and satisfy the desires of pottery enthusiasts.
The capacity and dimensions of this delightful casserole dish are as follows: 5" in diameter, 7.5" wide (including handles), 1.75" deep, and a generous 14 oz. It is made and meticulously hand-painted in Boleslawiec, Poland, by skilled artisans who have perfected the craft of creating functional and beautiful Polish pottery.
Polish Pottery is not only a feast for the eyes but also a practical addition to your home. Mix and match different patterns to create stunning combinations that will impress your guests and elevate your dining experience. And don't worry about its durability, as these high-quality dishes are tough, durable, and chip-resistant. They are also free of lead, nickel, or cadmium, ensuring the safety of your food and beverages.
This particular product was manufactured by Manufaktura, a renowned name in the world of Polish pottery. The Polish Pottery Outlet chose to work with Manufaktura as their first partner back in 2006. Established in 1992, Manufaktura has earned accolades for their stunning designs and their efforts to promote Polish pottery globally. They are seen as trendsetters in the pottery industry and are regarded as one of the most important producers of Polish pottery in Boleslawiec.

Cleaning
Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.
Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:
You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.
Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!
While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
