Introducing the adorable Polish Pottery 7.25" x 6.5" Small Fish Platter by Manufaktura in the delightful "Lily of the Valley" pattern (ASD). This charming fish plate is not only a feast for the eyes but also perfect for appetizers, desserts, side dishes, or individual portions!
The "Lily of the Valley" pattern features an enchanting design with beautiful flowers in a predominantly blue color, accented with touches of white and green. The white background sets the stage for the vibrant blue and green blossoms in the center, while light blue bellflowers on a green vine surround it. It's like having a little piece of nature right on your table!
Considered a Traditional level of artistry, this pattern is one of the most common and recognizable in the world of Polish pottery. Highly skilled artists use the "punching" technique of hand stamping to create an array of designs and colors inspired by nature. These "simpler" patterns have no limit in production, allowing the largest pool of artists to combine their talents and satisfy the demand. This means that each piece is truly unique, with delightful variations from one to another.
The capacity and dimensions of this fish platter are perfect for serving your favorite dishes. It measures 7.25" long x 6.5" wide (including fins and tail), with a 6" long interior and a height of 1.5". Handcrafted and hand-painted in Boleslawiec, Poland by skilled artisans, you can be assured of its high quality and durability.
Polish Pottery is not only functional but also a beautiful addition to any home. With its vibrant colors and intricate designs, you can mix and match different pieces to create stunning combinations that will surely impress your guests. And the best part? It's food and beverage safe, making it suitable for the dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, and even the oven (up to 425 degrees)! Plus, the high-quality materials used are tough, durable, and chip-resistant, ensuring that your fish platter will last for years to come. And don't worry about harmful substances - it's free of lead, nickel, and cadmium.
This delightful fish platter was manufactured by Manufaktura, the first producer of Polish pottery that The Polish Pottery Outlet chose to work with when they opened in 2006. With their establishment in 1992, Manufaktura has gained recognition and awards for their stunning designs and their efforts to promote Polish pottery worldwide. Considered trendsetters in the pottery industry, they are seen as one of the most important producers of Polish pottery in Boleslawiec. By purchasing this fish platter, not only are you adding a touch of beauty to your home, but you are also supporting a brand that has played a significant role in the preservation and promotion of Polish pottery.

Cleaning
Polish Pottery is Dishwasher safe! Or, clean by hand using regular dish soap and scrub brush.
Guidelines to keep your pottery in excellent condition:
You may safely use Polish pottery in the microwave and in a conventional oven at temperatures up to 425°F. We recommend you heat your stoneware up to temperature with the oven. Make sure to always cover the entire bottom of the dish when baking. For example, you don't want to put a single chicken breast in the center of a baker and leave the rest of the surface area uncovered, as the empty spots will heat at a different rate than those with food on them. Polish pottery does not like quick changes in temperature or uneven heat sources, and thermal shock WILL result in a broken dish.
Never place your pottery directly on a hot stovetop burner!
While Polish pottery is extremely durable, it should not be taken directly from the freezer and placed into a hot oven. In addition, cold water or frozen food should not be placed in a hot piece of pottery. Always allow cooling or warming to room temperatures before heating in an oven or placing in a freezer. If taken care of properly, your Polish pottery can last for generations!
